Silver Spring Timebank Member May is hosting a Chinese New Year Potluck Celebration on Sunday May 1 at noon in Burtonsville, Maryland.

The Chinese Lunar New Year - Year of the Fire Horse- began on February 17, 2026 and is celebrated for 15 days around the world. To share the joy of this festive season, May is organizing a small potluck gathering for anyone interested in learning about and experiencing the traditions of the holiday.
