Created 25 years ago as a single person’s answer to Valentine’s Day, “Singles Awareness Day” on February 15th celebrates living life solo. Singles often dedicate substantial time and energy to making a positive difference – through volunteering, activism, caregiving, leadership roles, and countless other ways.
